These terms apply to chiangmaigate.in.th, operated by Agenmation OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17524457, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia). By using the website you agree to them.
Directory information
Chiang Mai Gate is an independent directory. Listing details come from open data, business owners and our team, and may be incomplete or out of date. Locations marked as source-reported have not been checked by us. Always confirm opening hours, prices, entry rules and other details with the business or place before you go. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with a business.
Business listings and owner accounts
If you register, submit or claim a listing, you confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the business and that the information is accurate. You keep ownership of the text, photos and videos you provide and give Agenmation OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, adapt and display them on Chiang Mai Gate and in promoting it. Only upload photos and videos you made or have permission to use. We review submissions and may edit, decline or remove listings, for example if they are inaccurate, misleading or unlawful. Keep your account password private.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, collect data from it automatically in bulk, or submit false, offensive or infringing content.
Maps, photos and third-party content
Maps © OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles and OpenStreetMap contributors. Directory data includes content from the Overture Maps Foundation under CDLA-Permissive-2.0 and from Wikidata (CC0). Photos from Wikimedia Commons are used under their licences and credited on the page. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Agenmation OÜ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information or from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
